Insistor / Tapes N' Tapes

Chaque année, il y a un album qui attire mon attention. Un genre de "ultimate road trip" que j'écoute à siété, encore et encore, jusqu'à ce que les batteries de mon pas-un-vrai Ipod s'épuisent.
En 2004, c'était Modest Mouse. En 2005, Mark Lanegan. Cette année, c'est le groupe Tapes N' Tapes qui récolte ma palme d'or dans cette catégorie. Après une tournée internationale, le groupe rentre au bercail pour un spectacle le 29 décembre, à Minneapolis. Entre temps, ils ont des petits problèmes en Australie. Leur van a été défoncé à Perth: laptops volée, passports manquants, un vrai bordel pour leur tournée internationale. On espère juste qu'ils rentrent sain et sauf pour Noël...

Every year, there's an album that catches my attention. A kinf of "Ultimate Road Trip" that I listen over and over until the batteries of my not-a-real-Ipod get empty. In 2004, it was Modest Mouse. In 2005, Mark Lanegan. This years, I'm giving my "Palme d'Or" in this category to Tapes N' Tapes. There are coming back home for a show in Minneapolis, on the 29th of December. Until then, there are having problems in Australia. Their van was broken into Perth : laptops stolen, passports missing. We are just hoping they'll get back home safetly for X-mas...
